Bioenergetic Resonance is the matrix from which Emoenergetica was born. It is a theoretical-practical model aimed at energy healing, emotional development, and the study of consciousness. From the beginning, it has been difficult for me to label and define this system, due to the fact that it occupies a place on the periphery of what is considered 'acceptable' in society. Nowadays, for the search for knowledge to be socially accepted it must take place exclusively in scientific and academic circles. In this area, the nature of the cosmos and of life is analyzed and studied within a mainstream paradigm. Even scientists who venture into the periphery of dominant paradigms tend not to be overly respected and find it difficult to thrive within their discipline. Lately, disciplines traditionally recognized as Philosophy, Theology, and even Psychology, have also received criticism from the scientific world, questioning the sense or purpose of their continuity in the current century. I feel that Bioenergetic Resonance is connected with science, with philosophy, with religion and with psychology and yet, at the same time, it falls outside of all of these. I have the same feeling with the world of so-called alternative therapies. Although part of this system can be considered a type of energy therapy, I do not feel overly identified with almost any current of the so-called integrative medicines or philosophies of the New Age. Maybe it's that I'm strange or that my feeling of personal importance is still too high. The truth is that I feel in no-man's land and I do not mind acknowledging this - I have learned to accept that feeling. The label with which I feel most comfortable is that of Neoshamanism: in the next chapter I will explain why this is.
I have been developing this method since 1998 through research, therapeutic work and intense experiences of self-healing and personal and spiritual growth. I dedicate myself professionally to giving sessions of Bioenergetic Resonance, both in person and remotely. These are a mix of personal guidance and energy therapy.
Emoenergetica is the name that I have given to the part of the Bioenergetic Resonance whose purpose is more general and informative, not necessarily professional or therapeutic, being for anyone with an interest in the subtle energetic dimension of reality, consciousness, the nature of the mind, perception, and human emotions.
Returning to Bioenergetic Resonance, its initial premise is that the structure of reality is physical-subtle. This means that everything existing in this universe would be formed by a double nature. One part of this would be physical - including matter, nuclear forces, electromagnetism, gravity and everything considered by science today. The other part would be a subtle component. In certain traditions of perceivers, this aspect of reality has been cataloged as an energetic dimension with distinct characteristics, a separate reality permanently associated with the physical level - yet without being a component of it. This subtle or ethereal level is comprised of an innumerable number of filaments or fibres of matter and non-physical energies: these completely fill space and time in all directions, irradiating everything around them with their own energy, interconnecting everything with everything. These filaments are grouped into large bands, known as emanations in some Central American shamanic traditions. In turn, within the large bands, the filaments bind together, forming clusters and conglomerates of structures often ovoid or globular in form, which envelop and interpenetrate organic living beings, but also all inert matter. This luminous vessel is the energy cocoon, the hidden dimension, the concealed part of biology and of nature itself, and yet part of its fundamental matrix.
As occurs on the physical level, it can be said that the subtle level manifests itself through two clearly differentiated modalities. The first of these is made up by subtle matter, which gives consistency and shape to the filiform, membranous and globular structures that make up this aspect of reality. The second is subtle energy; this radiates, fills and interpenetrates all space, as well as subtle matter itself, endowing it with vitality and dynamism, influencing its properties and mechanisms. This model proposes that consciousness derives from the subtle level, as a fundamental part of the fabric of the universe. The physical body would be the temporary vehicle of an abstract awareness that becomes mysteriously finite with the intention to experience-perceive, transform itself and increase its potential and learning. What manifests in our mind through thought is made up of psychic energy, which in turn is part of consciousness' own energy.
For now, the subtle dimension of reality is not accessible via our technological devices. However, in all ages of human beings, it has been accessible by means of the expanding the usual functions of the senses. The properly-trained perceiver can access their knowledge by means of extrasensory observation methods, for the purpose of investigating, understanding and using these structures and subtle energies, whose morphology and functions have been disclosed by some schools - generally in a very incomplete way - through concepts such as those of the meridians, the chakras and the aura.
According to this model, the conglomerate of subtle structures associated with the organism, the soul or the second body is what provides this with life: it animates it. One of the main focuses of interest of Bioenergetic Resonance is that of the health of the soul; given that, like the physical body, the subtle body can and needs to be cared for and improved. That is why, although today Bioenergetic Resonance is a discipline that embraces an entire alternative cosmology and a theory of mind and knowledge, it first originated as a subtle therapy.
My work as a healer by means of Bioenergetic Resonance consists in being a facilitator who unblocks and adjusts the receiver's subtle body. Windows of opportunity are subsequently opened, which the person receiving the adjustments should take advantage of in order to make the appropriate changes and transitions in their selection of objectives and decision-making processes, with the purpose of incorporating the necessary vital lessons and ceasing the use of harmful patterns. From this perspective, healing represents not an end in itself but a means, a process instead of a goal, a series of steps that facilitate the individual to increase their consciousness and feeling that their life has meaning and purpose. My job as a guide consists in advising and accompanying the person on their path of personal and emotional healing and learning, indicating thoughts, words and works that are hindering them in their development; encouraging and proposing new guidelines and more favorable directions to take. I demonstrate strategically effective alternatives and concepts, proposing the psycho-emotional model of Emoenergetica as a coherent and balanced system of self-knowledge and personal and transcendent growth.
Anyone wanting to train as a healer in Bioenergetic Resonance must develop at least one of their extrasensory senses: perception by resonance. In addition, they must have managed to evolve their own emotional core until it has reached the mandala phase - a concept which is explained in the corresponding chapter.
Our subtle bioenergetic field expands slightly when it gains information-energy and contracts when it loses it. These changes produce what is called the resonance wave, which is a small energetic-subtle pulse lasting between one and two seconds, and which is picked up very slightly by our muscle tissues (which are specialized in contraction and expansion). It is possible - with the necessary training - to consciously isolate and perceive a particular wave that is of interest for subtle reading, within an infinity of waves that are occurring naturally and spontaneously in the individual field at any given moment. This is carried out, by the perceiver-healer, by means of a particular command of their capacities of focus, attention, intent and thought, all of which are directed in a controlled and orderly manner towards the subtle field of the receiver, provoking, at its will, concrete binary responses in the form of a wave of resonance - or its absence. The information can thus be isolated and perceived by the energy body of the healer, being thus amplified, synchronized with a series of precise movements of hands and arms, making the signal physically visible and perceivable through contractionary-expansive phenomena in some of their muscle-chains. As a consequence, the healer's ability to stretch their arms in order to bring them to a certain control position is apparently and momentarily modified (or not). There are two possible positions that indicate, in a binary way, the existence (or absence) of information, regarding the reading being carried out. The truth is that this is much easier to see than to explain. The fact is that there is a system of binary extrasensory perception, a kind of sonar that detects fluctuations in the form of information or an absence of it. As a matter of fact, it is very easy to provoke modifications in the muscular responses of shortening or elongation - the difficulty lies in turning this into a precise and reliable system of extrasensory perception. The Bioenergetic Resonance healer performs these readings in the subtle field of the receiver through a system of specific protocols, designed with the aim of detecting and differentiating specific bioenergetic blocks and thus having the possibility of adjusting them. The readings are intended to obtain specific parametrized data of interest that will be used to make the appropriate adjustments in each case. Our real possibilities of perception are practically unlimited, although cultural frameworks and the social order have reduced them to a bare minimum.
Adjusting entails intervening in the blocked area of the receiver's subtle body via the energy body of the therapist (also called the 'operator'), with the purpose of restoring energy flow, and at the same time providing, if possible, the extra information necessary for the receiver field to reconfigure the channels and subtle structures involved in the blockages that are being worked on in the best possible way. This is carried out without physically touching the receiver - no matter their physical distance from the therapist.
Our subtle vessel is principally made up of a complex structure of ovoid shape. This structure, or subtlesoma, is solid and is composed of different layers and organs; extending approximately up to one metre above, below, ahead, behind, to the left and to the right of the physical body. It is in permanent connection with the environment and with the subtle energy field of the beings with whom it is in contact. Its manifestations can sometimes be observed far beyond their limits - both in space and in time. This energy cocoon and the connections between it and its environment are characterized by a degree of variability and dynamism in their structures of interconnectivity; that is to say, in the part that is formed by filaments that are conveyors of energy-information. Some of these filaments are permanent and form a structural part of the subtlesoma; others are created and maintained or disappear depending on the specific variations in the relationship - both physical and emotional - with oneself, with others and with the environment. In any case, these filaments in their different types and diameters endogenously interpenetrate and communicate all systems (both physical and subtle) and, at the same time, connect the individual with the universe in which they exist on the one hand, and with the Spirit that sustains them on the other.
Things are becoming more complicated: nonetheless, it is necessary for this chapter to begin to introduce some concepts that will subsequently be developed. I imagine that, at this stage, you will have begun to realize that this is a textbook. All the pieces will connect themselves at the end.
An individual is an entity consisting of a body and a mind, an individual matrix inserted in a collective matrix or world. The objective of bioenergetic adjustments is to induce a realignment or directional thrust that helps to bring the receiver's individual matrix closer towards the most accessible super-symmetrical places contained in potential form within its master matrix, with respect to the space and time in which it is presently located. The master matrix is the field of possibilities associated with an individual, it is the information matrix that contains all the possible options and scenarios that a living being can experience and bring into being throughout their existence - it is their map of destiny. The adjustments, as the operational tool of Bioenergetic Resonance, aim to increase the attractive capacity of the non-manifested places of great symmetry located in the unmanifest potential verticality of the individual receiver's system; helping their horizontality change its focus of inertia to reorient towards these, realigning the subtle field and its information in a more favorable direction, which is more symmetrical from the point of view of the whole of the individual matrix itself or at least from some of its parts. This is like re-magnetizing the individual vis-à-vis their best possibilities. Horizontality is the level at which the options coherent with our worldly vision of the world as physical and mortal beings are expressed. Verticality is the potential transcendent aspect that we possess as travelers of the infinite. Life is situated at the intersection between horizontality and verticality.
Each present moment is defined by a place or encapsulation of symmetry and direction of inertia that appears as the result of all the vectors of information, location and existence that are paired, bonded and embedded. Its manifestation is the individual matrix itself, which is interwoven and sustained by the very structure of reality, meaning by the linear space-time continuum. That is to say, the individual matrix of any system, object or being is the final recipient in a present moment of the linear symmetry and the associated inertia. It is also the place (as a finite portion of the universe) where perception and manifestation occur - as unitary, concrete and tangible products of all the forces, energies and information that create them. Reciprocally, the individual matrix itself is in turn the sustainer of these forces, energies and information. Linear existence is the process through which clusters of points of confluence (containers of symmetry aware of themselves or not, beings or objects) are generated and maintained. They are specific individual places with structure and horizontal functions linked to space-time, and also vertical transpersonal functions linked to the Spirit and to its Will.
A system or point of confluence can be defined as an island of symmetry (order-information) in a ocean of entropy (disorder-noise). Maximum entropy generates a vacuum or absence of information in a specific area of existence; in the absence of information, no functions or structures can exist there. However, it should be taken into account that the nature of entropy within linear space-time is relative, which is to say that its observable value, be it greater or lesser, always depends on the reference system involved. This means that in one place there may be a void of something and, at the same time, the presence of something else. For example, in the case of a living being in this world, the maximum entropy is death, since this event interrupts all possibility of the conservation of symmetry as a physical individual, producing a complete discontinuity in the functions and possibilities that it has as a physical being.
Disease, for example, also manifests itself as the result of excessive entropy in a living being. Symmetry, which is a characteristic that has to do with the identifiable order and information in a specific point of linear space-time, is also an aspect related to the reference system. The curious thing is that symmetry cannot be manifested without entropy, because there is no order without limitations and the intrinsic function of entropy is to generate boundaries and endings.
The balance between entropy and symmetry is what allows the appearance of the dynamism and mutability of the states that we observe as a fundamental property of the linear universe, as well as the appearance of unity and parts. This will become increasingly later when we see the diagram of the emotional core and extrapolate its meaning, laying the principles of the six foundations of reality and their interrelations. Essentially it can be accepted that, in any horizontal or linear system, the existing whole is divisible into simpler parts which are the result of the multiplicity to which the establishment of limits by entropy leads. The internal components of a system are, in turn, subsystems which are also generally divisible into simpler parts, and so on. It is possible to reach a limit in the quality of divisibility, although at this point we would no longer find ourselves with a linear system but with a singularity: the completion of the concrete. The lower limit of the concrete would be in this way abstract. The same thing would happen with its upper limit, that is to say, the one reached by following the systems or clusters of greater rank in which an individual system or element is included. This is why I say that a system is an island of symmetry in an ocean of entropy. That abstract or singularity, in which the organizational laws of the linear universe (including space and time) disappear, is the void that is, yet does not exist. Its inexplicable fluctuations bring to the surface what is and exists (individual matrix) within something previously created but that is not, although it exists (master matrix). It is the dance between the tonal (concrete) and the nagual (abstract). Reality is constructed by fractal nestings of coupled systems through which the same essential organizational characteristics of existence (expansion, entropy, fragmentation, contraction, cohesion and symmetry) generate, through feedback processes, the emergence of an infinity of forms (containers of symmetry and information) and functions (programs of activity and transformation) according to the dimension and level to which they belong and the place within Creation where they are located.
The temporal dimension (a buttress, in turn, for the spatial dimension and vice versa) has inflexible anterior-posterior properties. That is to say, the timeline from the point of view of any being, object or system existing within the manifested universe is a constant inertial flow that generates anteriority (past) while moving towards posteriority (future); modifying the geometry of the space and the elements and systems contained within it by means of this constant movement. The individual matrix (which in the case of a living being is able to observe and manifest itself) is completely embedded in the depth of a furrow that is formed between both aspects of time. In this valley or bottom of the furrow formed by the anterior-posterior characteristic (past-future) of time, is what we call space: the place where we can be and exist, the present in which we live. However, traversing a furrow of the wheel of time has its consequences: a gradual increase in the entropy of the individual system that will lead, sooner or later, to its eventual demise. The physical part of the dying being will be reintegrated into the Earth and with it the physical universe to which it belongs, since energy and information are transformed, but cannot be destroyed. But, what happens to the subtle part when one dies? In the model of Bioenergetic Resonance, the subtle part transcends the physical. The physical is a stage, a mechanism through which the impersonal awareness, which is a subtle energy, is anchored in a material realm, to which it does not belong, but which it makes use of: working on its own evolution and transmutation through the manifestation of a personal conscience and the possibility of increasing its potential to perceive. The subtle body, the soul, survives as a unit for a time beyond physical death, although, all the same, it will also die after completing its cycle - thus ending its individuality. One dies twice. Nonetheless, each soul has a seed in its center, containing all the acquired experiences, and this will be preserved, even after the second death. The seed or kernel ensures the continuity of awareness and the conservation of information about the life it has lived. This seed is of a subtle nature and, when the soul dies, it is reintegrated into a meta-structure called the cluster, a kind of lineage at the level of the soul. Generally, before generating new souls, the kernel is recombined with other seeds in the cluster, generating in turn new kernels that will incarnate again in the form of individuals to continue the process of increasing their energy potential and their consciousness. A cluster generates groups of individuals that are connected to each other at the karmic level, that is, they are part of the same existential cluster, of one family of souls. Some individuals in a cluster achieve a certain degree of evolution and then the kernel is not recombined after death, it incarnates whole in a new individual.
The consciousness of being inherent to living creatures allows a substantial increase in the so-called degrees of freedom, which are available within existence itself, even more so the higher the degree of consciousness reached by the species to which one belongs; and even more if the individual manages to be above the average of the horizontal evolution of their own kind. However, once it has extended itself in the horizontal dimension, which encompasses the biological level and, in the case of human beings, everything pertaining to our functions as social and cultural beings and of people, the consciousness of being must seek, by its own decision, its evolution in verticality. Verticality is the transpersonal level, known by many as 'spiritual'. Here it is necessary, in a special way, to open the luminous cocoon and keep it open, through a structure called the central channel, so that the abstract luminosity of the infinite, its awareness, fills and permeates the energy sphere as if it were a container. This has been described in religious traditions as aligning the individual will with the Will of the Spirit. I am not speaking here of a God, but of an impersonal aspect of the infinite that fills the luminous cocoon of individuals who have managed to reach the limits of human possibilities and are then prepared to continue traveling beyond this stage. Thus there is a real increase in the consciousness of being of the individual and an alchemical transmutation of its own vessel, the soul, the body of light, which must have been adequately prepared previously, and then transformed into a vehicle and living channel of the Spirit itself and of its Will. Some religions, spiritual schools and elements of shamanism have tried over the years to develop rituals, techniques and codes of conduct that facilitate such opening and alignment of the central channel to the "spirit", often with little success. In our time many natural medicines have become affiliated with this purpose, including Bioenergetic Resonance.
Spiritual healing is only spiritual if it helps or actively facilitates this process of alignment with the Spirit, otherwise it is healing or physical or emotional healing, which is obviously good, but is not the same thing. One of the fundamental problems for the spiritual practitioner or for the one seeking healing with this transpersonal intention is the difficulty of being able to verify if his or her progress is real or fictitious. It is often very easy to get confused and treat good therapists, charismatic leaders, influencers and great media illusionists as if they were masters of conscience, but this is rarely the case. They would be if their containers are full, or at least a great deal fuller than yours. The truth is that it is very difficult to know this for certain. Only those who have a profound knowledge of themselves and who directly perceive the subtle fields related to consciousness and with this energetic development of the individual are able to do so.
I am being fairly ambitious the Bioenergetic Resonance. I have been developing a model of ordered perception of the information of the subtle field which is allowing me to advance steadily in the knowledge of the human soul and psyche. The parameterization of many aspects that until now have been classified as non-measurable or unquantifiable establishes an operational advantage for this system of knowledge and healing. Many still believe that certain things cannot be measured, but as far as I have seen through the readings (which are not intuitions or channeling), I am more inclined to think that almost everything is subject to a magnitude that can be revealed if the researcher has the necessary tools, perception and skills. The understanding, at least up to a point, of what the disease is, of what the emotions really are, of what the ego is, of how it is organized and what it feeds on, of its effects in our day to day, as well as the acquisition of concrete data on the phenomenon known as spiritual realization, enlightenment, its phases, the possibility of measuring the consciousness of being and the degree of both horizontal and vertical evolution of any individual…
